Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit
We currently don't require a booking deposit for our services. We do reserve the right to add one on to our booking services at any time and without client notice. We do keep up on our social media. If such change were to be necessary in the future it would be posted shortly before being put into effect.
Cancellations
If cancelation is needed we do insist that you make us aware at least 24 hours ahead of the originally scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is rescheduled no fees will be presented. In the case of an emergency or sickness no fee will be charged. If you do not call or do not show up to your appointment your full service amount will be charged before you will be allowed to book again. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment 1/2 of your service will be charged as a cancelation fee.
Moving Your Appointment and Disclaimer
If you call to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling you won't be charged the cancellation fee. If you cancel your rescheduled appointment you will be charged the cancellation fee. When someone can cancels at the last minute, my business cannot make money as there is not the opportunity to re-fill the time that was specially allotted for that client.
