Bridal Contract
A Legal Disclaimer
This contract is legally binding and will be held by both the bride and the salon. This books Brianne Pottkotter and co stylist if needed for the date of your wedding. The amount of bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and or groom, grandmas of the bride and or groom, Bride and whoever else will be getting their hair done on the wedding day. If this number is altered after the contract is signed we do reserve the right to deny any add ons and charge for any last minute drop in the originally quoted number.
Bridal Trial and Service Minimum
After the contract is signed the Bride is expected to reach out for her bridal trial which is separate from the deposit amount. The bridal trial is half an hour, unless otherwise requested and includes one or two loose styles that will be a reference on the day of. If you would like to try more styles that would not fit in to the allotted half an hour time slot it will be up to the bride to book accordingly. The price may increase based on difficulty and time of additional styles. For the original half an hour bridal trial service we charge $45. We require a 4 client minimum per stylist on the day of the wedding but no more than 6 per stylist. Brianne will help determine if a second stylist is needed for the day. A second stylist will be set up through Brianne and the bride will be notified of who that is.
Day of Wedding
We will be starting as early as the stylist recommends. Due to our prior experiences for wedding parties each style takes about half an hour to forty five minutes. If the Bridal party is getting ready at the salon they are required to be at the salon with clean and dry hair at least five minutes before the agreed start time. If someone has damp or wet hair a blowdrying fee of $10 will be added for the inconvenience and extra time. If the wedding is onsite we will be adding a $10 travel fee onto the deposit up to 20 miles away from the salon. Our stylists will be arriving 15 minutes ahead of the first appointment time. We will bring all styling supplies, extension cords, and small hand held mirrors. You will be required to provide chairs, outlets, any extra clips pins or enhancements you wish to be added to your style. After all contracted services are completed Brianne and her co stylist will offer any last minute touch-ups. Upon finishing any touch-ups they will clean up and leave. If you wish to reserve Brianne for longer, a fee of $50 an hour will be added to your deposit. This can time be used for Brianne to do touch-ups shortly before the ceremony or an additional bridal style. If any additional styles are requested they will also be charged the same $60 styling fee on top of the hourly rate. If we are no longer needed for the wedding the deposit will remain nonrefundable and we will invoice the bride the full remaining amount that would have been paid day of. If Brianne or her co stylist needs to cancel they will find someone to replace them before notifying the bride of the change as to not worry her. If any equipment is damaged or stolen during the wedding preparation the bride will be invoiced the full amount to replace said item. The stylists will do everything they can possibly do with products to ensure longevity. However, weather and excess sweating can affect that and is of no fault and responsibility of the stylists. The stylist reserve the right to film and photograph the hair styles they create. The stylists will do her best to not include the clients face if they so choose. These images are for marketing and portfolio purposes. If any member of the bridal presents with signs of lice or any communicable diseases the stylist reserve the right to refuse day of services to that client or even the whole party. In that event the deposit would be kept by the stylist and bride would be billed for the remaining balance.

This agreement represents the full understanding between stylist and client. No changes will be made unless in writing and signed by both parties.
How to print contract
Please hit control p and print the contract, sign, and bring to salon with deposit. There is three pages that it will suggest to print you will only need the first two and it is recommended to print front and back. Can't wait to see you!
